What Sets Our Retreats Apart
01 / Premium Lodging
Each retreat is hosted in a carefully selected luxury home, chosen not only for its beauty, but for how it feels.
Across every location, the spaces we choose are intentionally designed to support rest, reflection, and a sense of ease. These homes are calm, grounding, and thoughtfully curated — offering a quiet contrast to the pace of everyday life and creating an environment where you can fully settle in.
Accommodations are shared, with comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms and inviting common areas that allow for both connection and personal retreat. Natural light, warm textures, and open living spaces create an atmosphere that is both elevated and deeply supportive.
Each home offers a balance of gathering spaces and quiet corners — allowing you to move between community and solitude as needed. Whether you’re enjoying a slow morning, taking in the surrounding environment, or unwinding in the evening, the space itself becomes part of the experience.
While each retreat location is unique, the intention behind the space remains the same: to provide a setting that feels safe, nourishing, and aligned with the depth of the work we are doing together.
“chosen not only for its beauty, but for how it feels.”
02 / Expert Facilitation
Lena Servin, RN, BSN
Founder of Serenity Cove
Lena Servin is a registered nurse, breathwork facilitator, and founder of Serenity Cove, a nature-immersed healing space in Southern California. With a background in emergency and critical care medicine, she brings a rare combination of clinical knowledge and grounded presence to the work she facilitates.
Lena is known for creating spaces where people feel deeply safe, supported, and seen. Her approach integrates nervous system awareness, somatic practices, and compassionate guidance, allowing participants to explore their inner world at a pace that feels both supported and sustainable.
Her facilitation is both intuitive and structured — offering a balance of emotional depth and grounded support. She does not force transformation, but instead creates the conditions where it can unfold naturally.
Participants often leave feeling more connected to themselves, more regulated in their bodies, and more clear about what is true for them.
03 / Transformation
The transformation that unfolds during Reclamation is not about becoming someone new.
It is a return.
A return to your body, your breath, your clarity, and your inner voice.
In the space created during this retreat — away from the constant demands, noise, and expectations of daily life — many women begin to notice what has been quietly building beneath the surface. Emotions that have been held, patterns that no longer feel aligned, and a deeper awareness of what is true for them now.
Through breathwork, guided experiences, and intentional support, participants are able to gently release what has been carried for too long and reconnect with a more grounded and regulated state within their nervous system.
From this place, clarity begins to emerge.
Not forced. Not rushed. But felt.
Women often leave with a deeper sense of themselves — more connected, more honest, and more aligned with what they truly need moving forward.
This is not about quick change.
It is about meaningful, embodied reconnection.
