For more than two decades, I worked in emergency medicine, critical care, and flight nursing, supporting people through some of life's most challenging and transformative moments.
While that work taught me the resilience of the human spirit, it also revealed something many of us know all too well: somewhere along the way, we often lose connection with ourselves.
Today, as the founder of Serenity Cove Temecula, a Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, and transformational guide, my passion is creating experiences that help people reconnect with what matters most.
The Reclamation was born from a simple belief:
We are not here merely to survive our lives—we are here to live them.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise, responsibilities, and expectations of everyday life and return to the parts of yourself that may have been waiting patiently beneath it all.
