Not quite therapy. Not quite woo-woo. Something else.

A monthly space for grounded growth, reflection, and community connection — co-created by therapist Dr. Katie Estberg and Serenity Cove founder Lena Servin.

Why “Something Else”?

We created The Something Else Series after hearing the same thing from our clients again and again:
“I need more than therapy… but I also need more than another workshop or ceremony.”

This series was born from that in-between space — the place where psychology meets spirituality, and where real integration happens.
Each month, we explore a new theme that mirrors both the seasons of the year and the seasons of the soul, guiding participants toward clarity, embodiment, and authentic connection.

Who It’s For ?

This series is for those who crave depth without dogma — seekers, healers, and humans who want grounded tools for inner growth.
It’s for anyone who has done the therapy, tried the workshops, and still feels there’s something missing.

You don’t have to start at the beginning — each class stands alone. Come for the theme that speaks to you, or return each month to grow with the seasons.

What to Expect Each Month

A 2-hour guided experience at Serenity Cove

  1. Therapeutic reflection and guided journaling

  2. Somatic breathwork and embodiment practices

  3. Restorative sound healing and integration

  4. Optional pre-work prompts to deepen your intention

Each gathering is unique — reflecting its monthly theme — but the heart of the experience remains the same: safety, connection, and transformation.

Dr. Katie Estberg, MS Ed, BCBA, Reiki Master – EMDR-trained therapist and behavioral scientist. Katie bridges evidence-based psychology with embodiment and energy work, guiding clients from coping to conscios living.

Together, they create spaces where science and soul meet — where reflection, embodiment, and connection become pathways to healing.
