A: Results build over time. We suggest 2–3 sessions per week initially to jumpstart the body’s rhythm of repair, then 1–2 weekly for maintenance. Even one session can help you feel grounded and recharged.

A: Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows light to reach your skin — yoga wear, tank tops, or shorts are perfect. You’ll remain fully clothed and reclined on the vibroacoustic sound bed.
