This month’s Something Else Series gathering invites you to soften into the wisdom of your own heart. Through guided reflection, somatic breathwork, and sound healing, we’ll explore how self-love becomes the foundation for deeper emotional intimacy — with ourselves and others.
Together, Katie Esberg and Lena Servin will weave therapeutic insight with embodied practice, helping you release old patterns of self-protection and open to gentler ways of being.
This two-hour workshop offers space to:
• Cultivate self-compassion and nervous system safety
• Explore emotional intimacy through reflection and breath
• Reconnect to the heart’s natural rhythm of giving and receiving
• Integrate your experience through restorative sound and stillness
Whether you’re healing from past heartbreak, deepening self-trust, or simply ready to feel more at home within yourself, this experience will meet you where you are — and open the door to what’Participants will receive simple pre-work prompts before the session to help clarify personal intentions and bring more depth to the experience.
This isn’t therapy, and it’s not a typical ceremony — it’s something else: a space where grounded psychology meets soulful practice, helping you reconnect with the truest version of yourself.

Rooted in both science and spirit, Lena Servin and Katie Estberg bring together decades of experience in healing, psychology, and embodied practice. Their shared vision: to create a space where growth feels grounded, safe, and deeply human.

Through Serenity Cove, she offers breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic healing experiences that help people release, realign, and reconnect to their authentic selves.

Katie bridges science and spirit as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, EMDR-trained therapist, and Reiki Master.
