Breath Factor Practitioner Training

A three-day, in-person breathwork facilitator certification for practitioners who want to guide transformational breathwork with skill, safety, and compassionate presence.

At Serenity Cove in Temecula, this intimate training blends neuroscience, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed facilitation, and hands-on practice to help you become a confident and ethical breathwork facilitator.

You may already know the power of breathwork through your own experience. What this training offers is the structure, safety, and embodied practice needed to guide others with integrity.

Who this training is for ?

This training is designed for practitioners who feel called to guide meaningful inner work and want a framework that is both grounded and deeply human. It is especially aligned for therapists, psychologists, social workers, coaches, nurses, physicians, yoga teachers, meditation teachers, bodyworkers, and wellness professionals, as well as growth-oriented individuals preparing to support others responsibly.

Why Breath Factor ?

Breath Factor teaches far more than a breathing technique. It prepares you to understand what is happening physiologically, relationally, and emotionally in the room so that you can respond with skill rather than guesswork.

What you’ll learn

• Science: nervous system education, trauma responses, contraindications, and safety.

• Practice: guided Breath Factor journeys, live demonstrations, and embodied learning.

• Facilitation: session structure, language, pacing, presence, and how to respond to emotional release.

• Integration: discernment, aftercare, and compassionate support.

• Professional development: how to step into the role of facilitator with clarity and responsibility.

What to expect

Over three immersive days, students participate in live teaching, guided journeys, partner and small-group practice, real-time coaching, and direct feedback in an intimate learning environment. Certification is provided upon successful completion of the training.
