Over five days in the desert landscape of Sedona, we gather in a private home surrounded by red rock and open sky. We breathe deeply. We move what’s been stuck. We sit in honest conversation. We hike. We laugh. We eat beautifully prepared meals. We rest. We remember who we are.
This is not a retreat for escape.
It is a retreat for return.

Return to the version of you that doesn’t shrink to keep others comfortable.
Through trauma-informed breathwork, Lucia light journeys, guided integration circles, and intentional time in nature, we create a field where women feel seen, heard, and understood , not as curated versions of themselves, but as they truly are.
The circle is intentionally limited to seven women.
